The State of California, through the Department of General Services, Real Estate Services Division, Asset Management Branch ("State") is making available for sale the real property comprising the approximate 150 acre site commonly referred to as the Orange County Fairgrounds ("Property"). The Property is located at 88 Fair Drive in the City of Costa Mesa, California ("City") on the west side of the Costa Mesa Freeway (Hwy 55) between Fair and Arlington Drives. The Property represents approximately 1.8% of the total land area within the City.
