Services
Seismic
State Building Program

Evaluates state owned buildings for potential seismic deficiencies. Services include retrofit design, solution validation, and consultant engineering services. Provides database information services.
Local Government Grant Program
Vacant
In accordance with the Earthquake Safety and Public Rehabilitation Bond Act of 1990, provides financial assistance for seismic structural retrofit, repair, replacement, or relocation of unsafe local goverment Essential Services facilities.
Emergency Response

Provide services including building evaluation, design, construction, leasing, etc. and OES/FEMA coordination, to assist departments in maintaining operations with minimum disruption after any type of disaster.
Asbestos

Performs discovery surveys to identify asbestos in state owned buildings and evaluates degree of hazard. Provides California Certified Asbestos Consultants (CAC) for abatement projects and sampling. Provides internet-based asbestos data tracking.
