The Business Operations, Policy and Planning Branch provides common services to the Real Estate Services Division (RESD) that are unique to those provided at the Department level. These services support the programs and critical business processes of the Division's matrix-based operations and include, but are not limited to, contract management, human resources, training, financial accounting and budget management, purchasing, customer billing, information systems, performance monitoring and reporting, and other operational support services.
